Terms of Sales

It is recommended to read these General Conditions of Sale (“CGV”) carefully before placing an order on the site. If you have any questions about these General Terms and Conditions, please contact us before placing an order.

Article 1 – Definition

  • “Customer” or “you” or “your” means any natural person of full age and having at least the legal capacity to contract, who places an order on the site for non-professional purposes at the prices and conditions indicated.
  • “Order” means the purchase order placed by the Customer for one or more products presented on the site with a view to delivery to an area designated in article 8.2 of these General Terms and Conditions.
  • “General Conditions of Sale” or “CGV” designate the conditions, as summarized in this document, which govern the sale by Monsieur Arsène of Products to any customer.
  • “Products” means all products offered for sale on the site.
  • “Site” refers to the website

Article 2: Fields of application and acceptance

These General Conditions of Sale aim to define the contractual relations between Monsieur Arsène and the customer (as defined in article 1), and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Monsieur Arsène merchant site.

The acquisition of a property through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the customer of these general conditions of sale. These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by Mr. Arsène.

Monsieur Arsène reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the customer's order.


Article 3: Price

The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros (€) including all French taxes (VAT and all other applicable taxes). These prices do not include postage and packaging.
Prices may be modified at any time, unilaterally, without prior information, depending on supplies and economic conditions, the pricing policy of the various parties (suppliers, manufacturers or wholesalers) and Monsieur Arsène. We invoice on the basis of the price in force, at the time of ordering: that seen online, at the time of validation of the order.

Article 4: Conditions of withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, you have a period of (14) fourteen days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal from Monsieur Arsène without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within fourteen (14) days, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded at the standard rate, within fourteen (14) days; return costs are the responsibility of the customer. A return slip accompanied by a withdrawal form will be attached to your order, to allow you to return the products to us if necessary.

The conditions for returning, exchanging or refunding products are indicated in article 8.4 of these General Terms and Conditions.


In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized products presented for sale on the site.

Article 5: Orders

Orders are effective from the date of validation of payment by the banking establishments for payments by credit card via Stripe.
For reasons of limiting bank fraud, Mr. Arsène may ask the customer to provide documents justifying his identity and the veracity of the order. In this case, the orders will then be validated as soon as the documents proving the customer's identity have been approved by Mr. Arsène's services.

Monsieur Arsène reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. The electronically validated order being a final order, it cannot be withdrawn other than as provided in article 4.

Mr. Arsène will communicate by email confirmation of the registered order.

Article 6: Availability

6.1 – Unavailability of products

Mr. Arsène will endeavor to satisfy the customer's requests and execute the latter's orders. In the event of unavailability of the products after confirmation of the order, the customer will be informed by e-mail or by telephone as soon as possible. The price of the products will be refunded within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of payment of the sums concerned.

6.2 – Late delivery

In the event of non-compliance with the delivery time, the customer must instruct Mr. Arsène to make delivery within a reasonable additional time, through our “contact us” tab.

In the event of a package lost during transport, investigation times may vary depending on the carrier and take from one to three weeks (see article 8.3: transport) .

If, within this period, delivery experiences a further delay, the customer must ask Mr. Arsène to provide a full refund (including shipping costs) of the order.

The customer will then be reimbursed no later than fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of receipt of the writing. The sale will then be considered resolved.

Article 7: Secure payment

Once the order has been validated by the customer on the website, payment for the products is made online, on a secure payment platform.

Payment is made by credit card.

Monsieur Arsène does not manage payment transactions.
They are carried out via the secure Stripe site.

At no time does Mr. Arsène have access to or knowledge of bank card information or numbers.

The charge on these bank cards or electronic means of payment will be made at the time of confirmation of your Order. Monsieur Arsène reserves the right to suspend any order management and delivery in the event of refusal of authorization for payment by credit card from officially accredited organizations or in the event of partial or total non-payment.

Until effective receipt of all sums due to him, Mr. Arsène remains the owner of the products delivered and reserves the right to recover them by any means available to him in the event of failure to make final payment.


Article 8: Delivery


The information provided by the customer when ordering is binding on him. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details (in particular last name, first name, street number and name, postal code, city name, telephone number or email address), Mr. Arsène cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be placed to deliver an Order.

8.1 - Shipping costs

Shipping costs, including packaging and postage costs, are the responsibility of the customer. They are invoiced in addition to the sales price of the products.

The amount of delivery costs that will apply to your order depends on the weight of the products ordered, the areas and/or countries of delivery, and the mode of transport you have chosen. This amount will be provided to you before your final order validation.

8.2 - Delivery areas and times

The online sale of products presented on the site is reserved for customers who reside in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco.

8.3 - Transport

The risks linked to transport are borne by Mr Arsène, on the condition that the customer has checked the goods upon receipt in the presence of the carrier and, if necessary, that he has notified in writing on the transport voucher the observed reservations and this even in the case of free shipping.

In the event that you receive product(s) delivered that are defective, damaged (damaged package, already opened, etc.) or do not correspond to your Order, you must refuse the package.

In the event of reservations or refusal of goods, upon receipt you must declare this to us, within 48 hours maximum, by email via or by post (postmark as proof) to Mr. Arsène.

In the event of a package lost during transport, investigation times may vary depending on the carrier and take from one to three weeks.

If you have not refused the goods upon receipt, you must return the said product(s) to Mr. Arsène, the return costs remaining at your expense.


8.4 - Exchange or refund


Returned products will be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, original labels, instructions, etc.), allowing them to be sold in new condition. Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be taken back or refunded.

on the exclusive condition that they comply with these indications, upon receipt, Monsieur Arsène will, according to your choices, exchange or reimburse the returned products according to the terms below:

8.4.1 – The exchange

When you return defective products or products that do not conform to the order, you have the option of requesting an exchange while stocks last. Simply specify this when returning the products.


8.4.2 - Reimbursement

Reimbursement of the products will be made no later than (14) fourteen days following the date of receipt by Mr. Arsène of the returned product(s).

If you paid for your Order by credit card, the refund will be made directly to the account used for your Order.

Article 9: Liability

In the online sales process, Monsieur Arsène is only bound by an obligation of means; it cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.

Article 10: Information Technology and Freedom

The Customer has the right to access, modify and delete data concerning him (art.34 of the “Informatique et Libertés” law). To exercise this right, he must make a request using our contact form.

Article 11: Attribution of jurisdiction

All disputes arising from this contract and not resolved by mediation will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court or the Paris High Court.
